RSSB Junior Assistant & LDC Grade II Typing Test Hindi (Devlys 010 Font)

RSMSSB/RSSB has declared the result of Junior Assistant and LDC written exam and now in the second phase of exam, candidates have to appear and score in the typing test. The typing test will consist two parts first one is "Typing Speed Test" and second is "Typing Efficiency Test". The both test will taken for Hindi as well as English language separately and the candidate have to pass all four test and marks will be given for each test.  

For RSSB Typing Speed Test (Hindi - Devlys 010) 2025 preparation, you can take test on exam like software. Here you have exam like environment, passage will appear on upper side and you have to type bottom text box. You can correct any word until you have pressed space-bar, once you have presses space-bar, you can't correct the word. There is no highlighter and you have to manually scroll down the passage if needed. The test duration will be 10 minutes. 

As you start typing your timer will start and will submit upon time elapsed. You can also submit it when you want. After completing test, it will show you detailed analysis of your typing skills and marks you have obtained as per formula of RSMSSB Hindi Typing Test.

Keyboard layout for Devlys Hindi Typing Test

You can use your QWERTY keyboard for typing in Devlys Test. The key mappings of Devlys 010 font is same as on Hindi typewriter machines. The layout is known as Remington Layout. The keys that are not found on keyboard map can be typed using Alt key with Devlys character code. The Devlys keyboard layout is displayed in below image.

Typing Test Evaluation Formula (Hindi)

In word base calculation a set of characters separated by space consider as a word. The word count regardless of how many characters in it. For Example the sentence "हम राजस्थान राज्य में रहते है"  As you can see here total 6 words. The Jr. Asst. & LDC Typing test will be evaluated by the computer software.

Maximum Marks : 25

Minimum Marks Required to qualify the test : 9

Marks Obtained : (Total Correct Words * 0.0625 ) 

Example : Suppose the A candidate typed total 360 words in 10 Minutes in which he typed 330 correct words:

Marks obtained = (330 * 0.0625) = 20.625

Wrong words criteria

  1. Every word which a typed wrong or didn't match with given passage.
  2. Every word omitted during test
  3. Every double typed word
  4. Repeated use of Matra's which are not visible on screen but fetched in evaluation (for Hindi)

Tips for Qualify Typing Test

1. Your body posture should be proper while you typing. Your eyes should in level of screen and keyboard should be it level of your elbow.

3. Read whole sentence and then type it.

4. Your focus should be on typing not on the timer.
